I used to love hiking. my stats show in 2021 I hiked over 80km. I weighed more then than I do now, so there is no reason I can't take it up again. I need to get off this couch and start moving. maybe today's my turning point.........

Get amongst it mate! You'll feel pretty good about yourself a good 5-10km sweat. I try to get out for a hike at least once a week, though it's usually at night (with a head torch on easy trails) after the kids have gone to bed.
