Never realized just how much better Matcha green tea is than regular green tea. My first cup and I'm hooked, it's delish. If it helps with weight loss, great, if not Im enjoying it's mood enhancing/calming effects.

I prefer spiced chai tea especially on a cold day. It snowed last night so I didn't leave the house today. I hope we get some sunny days soon.

No snow here but it's cold. I didn't go out at all yesterday either. I need to today. Teas are so good. Ginger tea is one of my favorites. 🍵🫖
