Not a weigh-in day…weigh myself pretty much daily and just felt the need to put this in the universe to let it go.

Today was the first day I’ve cried on my journey. Nothing terrible happened, I didn’t over-indulge, it’s not even like Ive technically hit a plateau.

It was simply that I’m eating at the base of the recommended calorie count consistently (1200 calories/day), swimming 5-6x a week and given I’m still a pretty big girl, I got upset at the first signs of a slowdown.

I can be a bit of an over-achiever in other areas and so often place a lot of pressure on myself. I will not run to food as a result like I used to, just needed to release and clear my mind.
