I hit a plateau last year that I just couldn't break, and I sort of gave up this fall and through the holidays (lots of stuff going on both positive and negative). Now my son (who has gained back 10 of the 100 lbs he has lost) are diving back into a true lifestyle change for the sake of our health and future. I want to be able to keep up with my new grandson and have a long and healthy life for him, as well as for myself. I appreciate all the support I always get from this community. Thank you!
