Was hoping to avoid the holiday creep is it being so damn cold Tsh being too high I was eating chocolate like crazy! Well I ain’t buying any more of that stuff and it’s time to get with the program starting today! Committing to if I am cold just having a cup of hot tea with nothing else other than a pack of monk fruit sweetener! Yesterday I hiked 3 miles first time I’ve done that since I ruptured my quadriceps I can do this! I have a pair of skinny jeans in my drawer waiting for me to hit 180
