it looks Great, enjoy! I still haven't worked myself up to eating hearts though lol I actually give my deer hearts to a friend that eats them but still haven't tried myself.

SG: true, I’ve never had one that was tough… I think the Italian-Americans tend to use veal too. but I’ve never made it myself. otb & gobbler: it’s really good! just tastes like beef. tongue is good too…
