Glucose up from yesterday, and it was bad enough then.

Learned that high blood sugar leads not only to diabetes but also to arterial damage that significantly increases risk of:

Heart attacks
Laminating
Stroke
DEATH

Getting my sugar levels down is now a matter of life and death.
