Replacing sugar in my nightly tea with liquid stevia drops.

Instead of buying expensive bottles of Hint flavored waters Im now flavoring my own water with lime juice and stevia. Tastes good, saves money.

Not adding salt to plate.

Seems like I should have lost a little something by now...

Onward.
