A programmer friend used to say that he had “standard breakfast” — a coding joke. I have standard breakfast too. Mine is sautéed veggies, turkey bacon, egg + white scramble. Coffee is Aeropress, but lately I’ve been brewing in a Hario Switch.

thanks Anne! Erq, the switch is a nice and easy brewer -- you just dump in the hot water and wait a few minutes :P

I have never used AeroPress, but have been using a ceramic dripper with a paper cone filter. I know it is easy and convenient to use it. Also, a paper filter is helpful to remove a bad cholesterol from coffee. 😄

aeropress is cool because you steep (and press) to brew, so it comes out strong, but still filtered. and I’ve got a regular pour-over cone too but lately I’m too lazy to do the slow pouring 😅
