I can’t believe it’s almost Thanksgiving! Time is flying this year. Although I’m still working on that number on the scale, I still feel I’m progressing in so many other ways. Grateful for so many things!

Every one of us is coming from a different place in our journey. Every one of us journey a little differently, too. I hope we keep this in mind as we offer advice and support to others. Have a lovely Sunday!
