@ConEater : We are blessed with many mushrooms in the Pacific NW. As long as the snow/freezing temp hold off, we should have these for another 2-4 weeks. Stay tuned!

Thx Erq🧡 We‘ve dried lobsters & boletes and have frozen duxelle of chanterelles. However, we prefer to eat early chanterelles fresh b/c the aroma, taste & texture is lost with preservation. Once the chanterelles start to be water logged, then we‘ll do the duxelles again. Another cool thing is that our thyme is at its peak now which is my fave chanty herb. 💚 

😲 you've dried Lobsters 🦞 no wonder they prefer the NorthEAST 😆 We keep 'em nice and juicy by steaming them 😋

Don‘t forget parsley Erq or Simon&Garfunkel will be very sad 🌿😢 

Not sure Binxie would survive the terrotorial nature of our remaining 2 black kitties 🐈‍⬛🐈‍⬛ but he can give it a go Breezy 👍 

Binxie is a 'girl' kitty and a 'cool' cat! She's an old gal but still has a mighty quick swipe and freakishly long reach. Fortunately, the only time she's ever 'drawn blood' was from a red fox that tried to eat her 😈 

Ours draw blood all the time❣️ Blizzard even chased off a bobcat that was on our porch 👍👍
