How do I find all the macros on all the food? It only tells me to add new recipes. There's no info anymore

Danie Venter, in the "Diary" tab, scroll toward the bottom, after breakfast, snacks, etc, there is a pie graph with the big 3. Below that is a breakdown of carbs, dietary fibre, sugar etc. I hope this helps 💚
