Hey Everybody! Another day to celebrate good eating, and less of it! LOL. I think that my body is hanging onto ever ounce that it can, screaming,"No Don't Go!" I weigh the same this week, with no loss!(shrug!)...It's that darn Corn Beef! News-I am going into surgery for my foot tomorrow morning.
