Hopefully my last hospital meal! Cellulitis is much improved being sent home with two different anabiotic pills hope my stomach holds up! Almost one week in the hospital

Rubato, if you can get your hands on some probiotic foods (yogurt, kefir, kombucha, sauerkraut, kimchi, miso, tempeh) and have a small serving an hour or so after you take your antibiotics, you can keep the “stomach-issues” at bay and replenish your gut micro-biota.

Thank you for that! But my doctor said no dairy within two hours of taking the pills but I am going to make sure I have some yogurt every day just not around the time I take the pills and I did get a probiotic and took one today
