Not much change happening on the scale but I’m not too surprised about that anymore. I feel like I’ve just been plateaued for so long, I’ve started to wonder what my goal should even be and contemplate what happens if I never even get to it. Then I remember how I want to feel. I felt a little of that magic on the treadmill this morning. I felt some strength in a part of my lower abs I’ve not felt in a long time. I can only attribute it to the Pilates workouts I’ve been doing lately along with some walking. And that will be enough to keep my plugging away. 🙂The scale may not want to show mercy but I am still here and still taking it day by day. This challenge is a good one. I learn so much about myself every day.
