Day 4 of low carbs. I weighed 146lbs on 1/23/15. As of 3/3/15, I weigh 141lbs. However, I'm also struggling with my cigarette quit. So, I'm eating quite a bit. Still low carbs and sugar but still eating all day it seems.
Today, I ate: olives, cheese, boiled egg and blackberries for breakfast. For lunch, I ate a large salad consisting of iceberg lettuce, tomatoes, olives, feta cheese, grilled shrimp, onions, salami and ham dices. For dinner, I'll probably have the same sort of salad.
I also consumed 5 bottles of water (1 PT ea.)
