THE REASON WHY I CAN'T EXERCISE!

Hi Journal friends!

Today I did much to much! Just a little moving around re-injures my foot! I will go back to the Doctor to see what is next on his list to fix my foot. my foot is not healing! :(
Good News- I lost another Lb! Yeah! :)
Also, I learned how to put pictures on F.S. That makes me happy to be able to post pictures on here. I just hope that I don't drive you all crazy with my pictures! I'll work on it! (grin)
I am a retired Nurse, I enjoy passing out health tips. I hope the information that I share will help you all. :)

Hope the doc visit goes well with your foot, sorry you are hurt. You can still exercise!!! Upper body, non weight bearing, leg lifts etc as well, use you exercise ball if you have one. No excuses... BIG Smiles.

can sympathize with old foot injuries flaring up again, damned if you do and damned if you don't exercise, a past foot injury is like a stubborn child, will behave when it wants to and plays up like nobody's business if it doesn't
