Hurrayyy and Huzzah.
I broke the curse of 78 kilos.
Probably going back to work and not having time to snack did it
And I hope it is not a hoax and we are back to the blasted 78 again tomorrow.
But for today Go Me! 😂

77.5 kg Lost so far: 1.5 kg.    Still to go: 9.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
