Question for all-
Thoughts on: Dietary fat!
Did you lose weight with adding more or less dietary fat? Ive heard (Amber Hearn and Kelly Hogan podcast)some have lost weight doing carnivore but not adding in extra fat. (im not planning on dieting)
what is your Fat % at??

It all comes down to calories. Yes you can lose weight by carnivore. 1 is water weight from glycogen depletion. 2 protein has up to 35% thermic effect. 3. Like you said they kept track of fats, being that fat is dense in calories.
