I have not been recording my intake consecutively and I haven't been eating the best foods for me. I took on a second job and it has been hard to maintain a healthy diet because I often be too tired to prepare my own meals now. I thought the gain was going to be worse than what it is. I thank God that it isn't. I have to find a way to prepare my own meals again. Working all day and DJing almost all night is taking a toll on my diet but bills have to be paid.
87.2 kg Lost so far: 60.2 kg.    Still to go: 19.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Congratulations on landing a second job. Changes in schedule throw me off too until I adjust to the change. It can be a little stressful to begin anything new but even more so with new job then things tend to level out. Maybe healthy convenience foods from the for a just few weeks so you don't have to cook. Hang in there.

hang in there sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do just to make it through these rough work times. but you can still redeem yourself later on at least that's what I did
