doc called about my cholesterol said labs look good to keep working at the diet n exercise. that's great news!

👍🏻What readings did you get (Total, HDL, LDL, Triglycerides)? Did losing weight lower any of the numbers from your last test?

JustBananas ... Not sure all my exact #s haven't really bothered looking because I know I have to keep going. Yes eating well n losing weight helped LDL was lowered about 30pts🎉🎉🎉 was 155 before 125 now.
