i lost 2 1/2 pounds day before yesterday then gained back 2. size was 32 45 or 44....yesterday ate good i think... i ate two cheeseburgers without bun7one coffee...bacon blueberries then atkins bacon cheeseburger casserole....today i have eten coffee leftover from lastnight two fiberone bars&one hashbrown...bad...i worked out tuesday with trainer &rowed...wed i jumped20mins in back yard....yeserday i rode bikes in the morning and zumba at night
