Hello Bearwood, I have looked back at my food diary on my foodiet scales I have been eating fartoo much and not able to weigh some as given a cream tea at Claire's and a pizza of Gemma for by Birthday treats so not surprised. My calories were not added on so we're much higher. So time time to weigh all food and if not able to weigh write in Samsung health so it's all counted properly. Good luck on your journey. I'm not great at weighing everything, but I'll always enter something in the journal even if it's an approximation or a commercial product entered in place of the home-made food we actually eat. I just try to overestimate quantities and then tell myself I've eaten my daily calorie allowance. Good luck Mel.
