7003 steps yesterday, only specific exercise was a bunch of sit-UPS on my ball.

Pneumonia shot this morning and laughing over my blood work results from last week. Will log in and look at the numbers but my sodium levels are a bit low!! They want me to eat more sodium!!! Everything else is terrific!!

Several meals packed and frozen, a few more to do today, also need to freeze most of the "bone broth". Then start stripping my wallpaper border in the kitchen to start getting ready to paint. Errands are done and my car washed.

Lunch, a quick soup made from that "bone broth", ancient grain (already cooked), and some chopped fresh mushrooms.... yummy!!
