Lol you must be walking by the birds nest. Ground hogs are cute but I’ve got a massive one that keeps trying my electric fence around my garden. One day he’s going to catch it when the battery dies and I’m gonna have to get mean!

Well Diana- I guess there's good and bad in every climate. But I didn't realize you don't have those things. Shir- the groundhog is just adorable. I love that he justs rests his little head on that brick. I guess I said that earlier but it is too cute. The walk was very boring this morning- until the second attack. Otherwise very uneventful.

jimrogers- this isn't my home. It a trail I walk on and this particular part backs up to some homes and backyards before it is nothing but trees and cornfields again. He looks to cute to do much harm. ;) No name, Melissa. But oldest girl is afraid the bird will attack her next because she rides her bike there, but I assume if you go fast enough, it isn't as threatened. It me with my slow lumbering pace that must really make her think I am going to stop and steal her eggs. 😂

I know, Petra. And I make the only tsk tsk tsk noise that I make that is universal for any animal I am trying to call over- rabbits, squirrels, this little guy and his family, the racoons from the other night... I am sure they all think I'm nuts. He's probably like- "Here she is again".😂
