First in-person work conference in a couple of years. Pleasantly surprised lunch options were healthy (except sugary drinks) and also bonus: meatless. I under-ate at lunch as I was worried about calorie levels of food I don’t normally eat at home (and was nervous because I had to present). Stayed away from sugary drinks, snacks and alcohol. Felt good to feel in control.
