Back at it! I updated my goal as I want to get to the lower end of my BMI so it isn’t so easy to to fall back into being overweight. Doing good so far, I did take before pics this time, and will see where I am at on June 30! Going full keto for this month and then possibly carb cycling next month since I seem to plateau when on straight keto for long periods!! Good luck to all on their own journeys!
