Starving yesterday when I got home from the gym, but managed to keep my food intake to mostly protein and added some fiber and complex carbs (1/2 cup of black beans). The sodium always does me in, so I had a morning climb of .2 lbs., but I can live with those tiny fluctuations. :-) Looking forward to getting out of the 160s. I will have to plan a little celebration for myself when that finally happens :-)
76.3 kg Lost so far: 2.6 kg.    Still to go: 6.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
