4/4 night shift done. This is one of the challenges i have for this journey. I’m almost always rotated to different shifts that my circadian rhythm is so messed up now. But, still trying my best to get enough sleep and eat as well balanced as I can. Goodnight everyone..time for me to snooze! 😴😴
