Recording everything that goes in, and working out. That's it. I'm just going to leave my weight until I can get myself on track. I hate myself right now.

Hey girl...it's been TOO long! I've missed you. Well, my immediate reaction to your journal was - DON'T HATE YOURSELF!! And then I realized that I'm exactly the same way. So not proud of it, but that's the way it is. When I gain weight, I feel horrible, hate myself, say all these negative things to myself. It's terrible. So for me to tell you NOT to feel that way is hypocritical. But ... THAT said - girl, don't hate yourself. Realize you're human and once in a while, you're gonna fuck up. Big deal. As long as you catch it, get back on track, and realize we have a lifetime to get this under control. Sometimes it really is baby steps. Take care, sweetie!
