So it's a new year today! So of course I'm going to go with the dramatic 'ready to change my life!' theme (at least for a few days, hopefully longer though ;p)

Today is my first day of no soda. Which, to some people, isn't that big of a deal. But, since August of 2013, I've had almost a soda every single day (yikes!) sometimes more. Which, even if it was diet or non diet, is still really bad for you.

So, for the month of January that is going to be my main focus. My husband also wants to run 3x a week, so that will be his focus. We'll be supporting each other through this and see how it will pan out.

On another note, WE ARE FOSTERING THE CUTEST LITTLE PUPPY. I want to keep him... so I'm hoping my husband falls in love with the little thing. He's just too adorable.
