No loss, but no gain either so that's okay. I'm now done with week 9 of P90X lean and I can tell that I've lost some inches and gained definition in places, but not much scale movement. I was doing really well with my diet at first, but now it seems like I'm losing my motivation for the diet (and I've been super busy and didn't shop for healthy foods). Well, I'm going to try to get back on the bandwagon and do better, but man it's hard. My kids bought me a new little blender for mother's day to make my morning smoothies, so that was great and will be helpful. My biggest problem is my evening meals and snacking. I guess it's all up to me and I need to make some better choices. 130's I'm coming for you and I will see you again!!!
