Tried something different...Sautee'd chicken tenderloins in EVOO; added zucchini, yellow squash & red onion & lightly sautee'd • Spiced up with garlic, blk pepper & sea salt. Served on Red leaf lettuce, cucumber, tomato, olives, feta, Tuscan House Italian.
