This weight wagon is a tough ride.

Tracking calories is difficult and seems very OCD but I'm going to get back into it this week. My weight has creeped up a bit and it's time to get it back in line to my goals. I'm still hitting the gym and still building muscle but I'm not happy with my stomach fat. It's the deep inside fat under the muscle and unhealthy.
