Hey don't be too hard on yourself. There are so many of us who are struggling a bit and some of us (a lot) at the moment. This is a funny old time of the year, people are tired from a long year and just want to "kick back" abit. Hang in there, you are not alone. I think sometimes we need to almost have a little break from all the mentalness of maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Not mental as in mad but so much of this is a mental decision and a mental mindset. When you are ready you will carry on where you left off. Just don't throw it all away. :) Have a good day!

I've had a lot of those in my journey. Just adjust some over the week, go back to your plan. I tend to average over a week. I believe your body doesn't care about one day it's what you eat and exercise over time that counts. A week is arbitrary also but it gives me a frame of reference. if you are low carb/ketosis it works differently, you have to just go back to your plan and stick with it.
