I had to look it up -went to urban dictionary and read:A Naj is a person that can bounce back from being emotionally battered and come out on top. I like that... My son-in-law made me some Chili Con Carne with Beans a couple days ago. I wish I had some now - lol. I have been on and off myself, Ocean_girl. It is nice to see you are still out there fighting. Don't ever give up. It is a lifelong battle. I have been a yo-yo myself for more than 6 years. Some years have been better than others but I managed to stay active enough to keep some of it off. Hang tuff.
