Hey Mischelle👋🏽, hope you had a great week🤗 and wishing you a wonderful weekend🙏🏽💗. Thought I would share my experience on very low cal eating: my body hits a plateau and tends to not shed any weight when I go low calories- for me that's below 1,200, for more than a day or two. And other daily movements🤭🚽 stop happening, which is not good for my health. Have a blessed day Mischelle, keep on crushing those workouts🙌🏽💪🏾🤸🏾‍♀️🏃🏾‍♀️.
