Simply potatoes with 0 grams fat, 7 grams carbs. 4 egg whites, pan sprayed with pan. Kept it clean, below my Marco limits and most importantly foods I like eating… Marco Meal Goals: 6 grans of fat per meal 25 grams of carbs per meal 25 grams of sugar per day 30-35 grams of protein per meal (35 if protein meal replacement shake) No more than 4oz of food per Marco… 5-6 meals a day Friday and Saturday OMAD fasting twice a month. Workout 1-2 daily - 1-2 hours Thursday-Saturday 2 workouts a day 1-2 hours 8 hours of sleep
