Weighed in - 244.0. Stayed up later to watch "Welcome Back Kotter" - this morning hit snooze 3x. Flipped on light switch in bedroom on way to bathroom - unsubtle wake up sign to my sleeping husband. -Had a v16 (Advocare) caffeine-free energy drink before workout. P90x - Shoulders & Arms - 12 reps for the most part. Tried bands with weights today. I may not have use of my arms by Sunday..... -Breakfast - 4 large eggs, scrambled. Topped with 2 cup of chopped spinach, 2 slice canadian bacon, 2 light string cheese, and 1 apple. (Hubby decided he wanted a shake for breakfast after I had already made his...) Drove 45 minutes into the office today. Jean day! :) -Morning Snack at office: 1 Advocare snack bar - Double chocolate - and 16fl oz herbal tea. **Back to no snacking after 8pm. Lunch: Shake (Carnation instant breakfast drink + tera's whey goat protein + unsweetened coconut milk) and 1 clementine and 1 tangerine. Snack: 16 fl oz of herbal tea + Advocare RAW bar & Apple Supper: Soup and 1/2 grilled cheese sandwich -- Possibly --husband wasn't excited to hear that we may have this again... Snack: - really should be none, but I think we all know that I'm the night snacker.
REFLECTIONS OF AN OBESE CHICK: Drinking water REALLY makes a difference. I totally didn't drink enough water yesterday. Herbal tea, yes. Water, no. And I snacked...again. Pinky promise this morning to stay within calories 2000.
