So, before anyone says anything...yeah I ate a lot of food today.

We had a thanksgiving luncheon at work today...and well, I wanted to get my money's worth. :p But seriously, most of those calories came from snacks which I feel kind of bad about. I have no idea how to get off of this sugar kick. There were these cookies that I absolutely adore there (the lofthouse ones). I never buy them myself because I know I would eat all of them (though, I still managed to eat at least 5).

But I ran yesterday and today. I had to run on a treadmill last night though because it's getting too cold for me otherwise. I used to think running outside was more exhausting, but I was trying to run at an ~ 11 30 pace and it was killing me. But when I run outside, I don't think it's that bad. Maybe it has more to do with the running in place thing.

This is my third week of recording all of my food. Even though my husband and I traveled this weekend, I still managed to record everything so I'm pretty happy.

But back to this eating so much sugar issue. I seriously feel like my stomach is getting larger. I'm about 32% body fat, and I personally think my legs and arms look good. It's just my stomach... I feel uncomfortable wearing my dresses with belts, and I feel uncomfortable when my husband catches me without a shirt on. I mean, I'm glad I feel comfortable because I would like to lose weight, but at the same time HOW DID I GET BACK HERE (the answer is easy, I love to eat!).

Well, I'll try and not eat so much sugar the next 2 days so hopefully I don't gain too much this week. :x
