I pushed myself to walk an additional 15 minutes on the treadmill yesterday. I wasn't walking as fast as I normally do but I did walk longer. I could still hear my inner lazy b*tch screaming at me over the podcast I was listening to. She wanted to know why I was exercising, she told me it was pointless and I should just stop. I agreed for a moment but I kept going and ignored her the best I could.

Afterwork, my daughter and I went to the local gym and we signed up for a month's membership AND we signed up for the Aqua Zumba class last night. It was a lot of fun. My arms were already tired 5 minutes into it but I made it all the way through the class. Having my daughter there made the experience so much more delightful. She insisted we go back to the gym this morning so I packed my gym bag last night so all I had to do was wake up early and go.

I pulled my old playlist up from 2 years ago and walked for about half an hour, with intermittent stretch breaks in between. My daughter would jog every other lap or so. I don't know why she likes jogging but she didn't get that from me.

The scale hasn't budged at all. I brought a cream cheese flavored keto meal shake with a scoop of skinny fit super youth unflavored collagen powder mixed in unsweetened almond milk for lunch and plan on eating another super salad tonight.
