know I need to up calories to maintain but I've been munching on nuts all weekend. Lordy I'm going to be gained 5 lbs by Fri. Def feeling better . I've been doing a few things around the house to help my daughter. I'm still not 100% so I have to be careful but it feels so good to do some things. it makes me feel like my old self again.
