Worked out 4 days last week even though I had a pinched nerve in my hip and my right knee is swollen with not a lot of range of motion. Don’t know how to get out of this rut I’m in especially when there’s always something being thrown at me.
Today I’m running on little sleep due to not sleeping well for the past 2 days. My hardest challenge as a mom came Saturday night. My oldest daughters friend (a 9th grader) and also a mentor to my sons lego league committed suicide. 😢 It has hit my daughter harder than my son and I’m trying to keep it together for them both because I knew the kid and they were always so welcoming and easy to get along with. As a mom I want to absorb all of their pain (both my children’s and their friends) so it will be easier, but I know losing someone isn’t easy and you need to focus on right now today to help you get through it.
