Well, we have a potluck today at work, so I'm going to try not to overdo it. I brought some vegetarian chili and someone else brought a veggie tray, so I'm going to try to fill up on that instead of the junk food. I will allow myself some of the junk, but not much. Luckily the kitchen is downstairs and my desk is upstairs, so it will be easier to stay out of it all. :)

I got a workout in last night and hopefully will be able to get one in tonight too. I should be able to do at least something quick. I'm feeling better so I want to get moving while I feel good. I think I may try to go out for a quick walk, a mile or two. I've got to get outside before it gets cold the next couple of days. Tomorrow we will do lots of walking with trick-or-treating, so that will be good. And hopefully we'll give all of our candy away to trick-or-treaters too!
