Non-Scale Victory(? failure? 😅) 🤣 So now subq injections are stupid hard and I can't even use my thighs anymore. Gah. I was not expecting that. But it makes sense, less fat = less wiggle room for injections 😭

Hi is it for insulin? That is hard have to rotate areas that has some adipose tissue.

Nope, HRT. But same idea, it's a lot harder to find good spots now

You can shallow IM the delts with those needles that’s what I do… I alternate right left belly then arms

Especially if you inject 2x week helps with the dreaded subq knots

Injecting slower like over 1 min helps too.. I find if I go to fast the knots are worse especially in the belly..good luck! :)
