5 days and still going strong thanks to all of you who have been helping me with your encouragement! Thank you so much! I’ve got this! Can’t wait for weigh in! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Day by day we will get through this! Meal planning has been helping a lot so I don’t just grab the bad stuff to satisfy my hunger. Been drinking water and it’s not so bad lol. Love all the good pictures , they keep me motivated to eat better…. I feel really good about this program…seems to be working for me as long as I keep logging…. I usually get bored and lazy with logging my food and stop. This time it’s more interesting so far…. 2 more days til weigh in!
