Good question about the brussels. I messed up🤦‍♂️ It should have been “Spicy Butter-braised Cabbage & Carrots”. Sorry for the mis-labeling 🤷‍♂️

How did you make your rockfish? I always find it so fishy that I only use it in seafood chowder to cover the taste.

@smithe : flash frozen rockfish thawed slowly at 34F for 24 hours. Cut into 4-6 oz serving pieces at rub wirh lemon & olive oil. Season with salt & spice mixture (cajun, whatever). Sear 45s per side, baste with butter and finish in 300F oven. Fish is done with cake tester stuck into thick part of fillet and touched to lower lip is not cold. Squeeze of lemon & enjoy. Fishy taste comes from poor product, improperly thawed product and/or overcooked product. Lemon or Dry Vermouth are good to sprinkle over any fish to remove fishiness .. Hope this helps 🐟🐠🐡
