I need to get a grip on my weight….been speaking to my daughter, who lives in Western Australia with her partner and my 2 grandsons. I haven’t seen them since Christmas 2018(too long) so this coming October, travel restrictions allowing, I am hoping to fly over to see them, for a 5 week stay. After my cancer scare just before Christmas and then major surgery, I have kind of lost my way with diet and exercise. So that’s why I need to get a grip on both.
