I'm having a hard time lowering my carbs, especially in the evening. I'm going to work on cutting out coffee creamer, so that should help in the a.m., but I have so much trouble with eveing meals and snacks. A lot of that I know is me just having a hard time giving them up. How many carbs are ok for a day?
