I really was exactly 165.4 this morning and I realized I'd gain more than 7lbs over winter. No biggy right, not! I worked hard to get it off and now I'm kicking myself for being to easy going. I will get it back and I'll beat my goal and I will be happier and healthier for it!
...now I'll get off of the soap box...:)
